The Life Design Workshop

How ambitious women use AI and simple systems to create more capacity for work, home, and the people they love.

We built this for the woman who refuses to choose.

You're not behind. You're carrying more than one life at once.

There's the work that built you. The business you keep building. The home that keeps moving. The people who need the version of you who actually arrives, not the version who's already half-spent by the time she gets there.

You don't want to opt out. You don't want to scale back who you are. You want a life that can hold all of it, your ambition and the people you love, without one quietly bleeding for the other.

So we made the room for her.

What This Is

One evening, live with Latoya Bond and Ieshah Mapp.

Why everything feels like too much (and why that was never a discipline problem), the 4 Zones of Capacity, and three live AI demos on real life: the workplace read, the brain dump you do with us in real time, and the Sunday reset.

Inside the Workshop

The Six Parts

Ninety minutes, moving from the honest picture of carrying it all to a working architecture you can actually use.

Part One

The Kind of Success We're Building

Why the old definitions stopped fitting, and what we're choosing to design instead.

Part Two

Why Everything Feels Like Too Much

The honest math of carrying it all, and why it isn't a discipline problem.

Part Three

The Three Pillars

AI, Systems, and Proximity. The two tools and the one room that change everything.

Part Four

The 4 Zones of Capacity Framework

A simple map for where your energy actually goes, and where it isn't.

Part Five

Live AI Demos

Three demos, run live. Reading a workplace pattern that's been keeping you up. Turning a brain dump into a sorted plan. Resetting for the week ahead. You'll do one of them with us in real time.

Part Six

What's Next

Where to take this work after the ninety minutes are up, including a look at what comes after the workshop.

The prompts aren't the workshop. The framework is. The demos are how you see the framework working in your real life, in real time, with us in the room.
Your Co-Founders

Built by Two Women Living It

This workshop was designed and is led by Ieshah Mapp and Latoya Bond, co-founders of the work behind it. Built from the inside of full lives, not the outside.

Latoya Bond
Latoya T. Bond is the Founder and CEO of The BBM Agency, a brand architecture and marketing firm she's built over nearly two decades to help founders, public figures, and purpose-driven companies grow with strategy, storytelling, and scalable systems. Her work has generated more than $50 million in client revenue and 30 million media impressions, with longtime partnerships including Yandy Smith-Harris and brands like YELLE Skincare. Her path started with a choice. In 2007, after discovering her infant son was profoundly deaf, she left corporate America, and major retail accounts at Target, Macy's, and Walmart, to teach him how to hear. She's been building businesses on her own terms ever since, with her husband, her children, and her home at the center, and her professional work built around protecting that life, not the other way around. Through Modern Domestic, Real Women Conversations, and now The Life Design Workshop, she leads honest conversations about what it actually costs to do it all, and how to stop carrying it alone.
"Because success shouldn't cost you your peace, your people, or yourself."

Ieshah Mapp
Ieshah Mapp, LMFT, is the Founder and CEO of Mapp Holdings, a New York City and State MWBE-certified firm specializing in AI literacy, workforce readiness, and operational systems for schools, government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses. She is also the creator of ProofUp, a free AI tool that helps people build a personal plan for using AI in their actual work. Her career spans twenty years across enterprise technology, beginning at GE Capital and Goldman Sachs after a Computer-Based Information Systems degree from Howard University, then a decade in higher education as a program director and adjunct psychology professor. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York and Florida, she has sat with more than a thousand clients carrying lives too heavy to hold alone, work that showed her exactly where the support has always been missing. Through Mapp Holdings, ProofUp, and now The Life Design Workshop, she builds the practical architecture for one question: how do you hold all of it without losing yourself?
"Your life isn't a problem to solve. It's a design to build."
Together, they're building something for the woman the rest of the world keeps skipping over.
The Framework

The 4 Zones of Capacity

Most planning tools ask: what do you need to do?

We're asking a different question: where is your capacity actually going?

The 4 Zones of Capacity is the framework we use to map a week honestly. What's feeding you, what's draining you, what looks productive but isn't, and what's been quietly waiting for your attention.

You'll walk through it live in Part Four, and leave with the takeaway PDF to keep using long after the session ends.

What You'll Take Home

Tools You Can Use the Same Day

The Framework In Practice

You'll watch the 4 Zones framework run live through three demonstrations. The workplace read, the brain dump you do with us in real time, and the Sunday reset. You leave with the framework, the exact prompts we ran, and something you can use Friday morning.

The 4 Zones PDF

A printable takeaway you can use to map your own week, so the framework keeps working long after the workshop is over.

Questions

Good to Know

Yes. The full recording will be available to every registrant through Friday, July 31. If you can't be there live, you'll have time to watch it back on your own schedule. You also keep the framework and the takeaway PDF permanently.
Nothing. The workshop is free. Register with your first name and email, and your personal Zoom link arrives from Life Design (hello@lifedesignhq.com).
Women living layered lives. Career, business, home, family, often all at once. If you're carrying more than one full life at a time and looking for an architecture that can hold it, this workshop is built for you. Whether you're an executive, an entrepreneur, or somewhere holding both, you're in the right room.
Both. Whether you're leading a team inside a company, building your own thing, or doing both at once, the framework holds. The demos in Part 5 were calibrated for women operating at a senior level. The first one reads workplace patterns. If you've ever been in a room where you couldn't tell if something was real or in your head, this workshop was built for you.
Yes. The Capacity Cohort, Where AI Becomes a Daily Practice. Dates announced the week of July 6. A deeper, ongoing space to put everything from the workshop into real practice with support. We'll share details inside the workshop. There's no pressure to opt in. The workshop is complete on its own.
Zoom and a way to take notes. That's it.
A Note Before You Register

The Life Design Workshop is built around honest conversation about real life. The weight women carry, what burnout actually looks like, and what it costs to do too much for too long.

Ieshah Mapp is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The Life Design Workshop is not therapy and does not create a therapeutic relationship between either facilitator and any attendee. The stories shared are personal. The framework is practical. If something heavy comes up for you during the workshop, after, or anytime, please reach out to a licensed mental health provider who can support you in that work.
